TIG – Gas tungsten arc welding or TIG is a welding process wherein the metals are joined together by producing heat with an arc between the tungsten metal electrode and the work surface. These electrodes are referred as TIG SS wires.

MIG – Metal inert gas arc welding or MIG is a welding process in which constant consumable wire electrode and externally supplied shielded gas is inserted through a welding gun. The consumable wire electrodes are the MIG SS wire in this process.

SAW – SAW or submerged arc welding process in which the heat is produced between the bare metal electrode and the work place. The bare metal electrodes used during the welding process are SAW SS wires.
