Awardees were nominated after a rigorous selection process wherein nominations were received from established as well as budding entrepreneurs from all parts of the country. The awards ceremony was a part of Entrepreneur India 2011, a two day national conference which was organized to serve as a platform for the young and aspiring entrepreneurs to get a better understanding of entrepreneurship, innovation and how to unleash the creative potential in individuals, companies and regions.
