| Hyderabad based RV NIRMAN is the only real estate company which has started two projects in the recession and successfully completed by 2010. It has developed nearly 650 flats of 2, 3 and 4 bhk in Miyapur and Chandanagar. Now people are enjoying the gated community facilities in these projects.  RV NIRMAN is having vast experience in the construction field. Since 23 years it’s building the residential, commercial spaces in and around Hyderabad, developed almost 25 lakhs sft and few projects are in the pipeline. Recently it has started three projects in Hyderabad and planning to expand its business to VIZAG, GUNTUR and NELLORE. “Already we have seen few lands in Nellore and Vizag, had a dialogue with the landlords, if everything goes right, we may expand our business to the outside of Hyderabad” says Ramchandra Reddy, The Managing Director of RV NIRMAN. THREE PROJECTSRV KOUSTHUBA near Suchithra Circle after Bowenpally is a 272 flats project, its worth is RS. 75 crores. RV AADWIK Rs. 30 crores; RV’s Shilpa Hilltop Rs. 35 crores worth projects. All these residential apartments are in the various stages of the construction. “We are planning to finish RV’s Shilpa Hilltop in fifteen months” said MD of RV NIRMAN.
