CellSpyOnline, a new company that helps people keep tabs on their family or employees, said today that their main focus is going to be providing consumers with extremely high levels of customer service.

Company officials said this was a directive from company CEO Elizabeth A. Graver.

"That made us decide that the best way to gain trust in the marketplace was to build up a strong customer service team to help people with any questions or concerns about our product."

CellSpyOnline software allows people to monitor the cell phone activity of any mobile device for which the billing is in their name. It can be installed in a matter of minutes and runs invisibly in the background, so the user never knows it is there. Once installed, it provides people with a wealth of information available on the phone. Any computer that is connected to the Internet can access the data.

Users can find out both incoming and outgoing phone numbers, and the length of time of the calls. If the caller's name is stored in the phone, they will get that information as well. It also provides full logs of all incoming and outgoing text messages and emails, including those that have been deleted.

Consumers will have access to email support 24 hours a day, seven days a week through Live Chat representatives, company officials said. They will also be able to speak with customer service representatives on the phone during regular business hours.

"All of our customer service representatives are based in North America," Joanne said. "We didn't want to outsource to another country, because we believe it can lead to cultural issues that make it hard for people to understand and solve questions and concerns."

She said the number-one question they had received so far was whether or not the software is legal.

"If you pay the bill for the phone, you absolutely have the right to install any software you want on it," Joanne said. "If something belongs to you, you should be able to know how it is being used."
