Digislide Holdings Limited (“Digislide”, “DGI” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that a Licence Agreement has been signed with Rich International Pvt Ltd (“Rich International”), India, Kerala State, India.

Rich International is involved in national trade across India, as well as importing and exporting of Software Consultancy Services, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals and Herbaceuticals and Energy Infrastructure (USA). 

Mr Roy Chavarcode is Managing Director of Rich International. His family is renowned across India for its commercial activities specifically its developments in research and development in the pharmaceutical field.
Mr Chavarcode expanded the company through diversification and is now a global distributor of health products, and has a wide range of diversified business interests. 
Rich International is involved in importing and exporting fast moving consumer goods including electrical and electronic supplies, household goods, furniture and furnishings.
It also caters to commercial buyers distributing office equipment, agricultural implements, construction and hardware products.
Government departments are key customers for Rich International, buying hospital and laboratory equipment and a wide range of steel products, generators and heavy equipment and vehicles
Mr Chavarcode said “We are very keen to secure an exclusive agreement with Digislide, but I realise that we have to meet Digislide’s performance criteria before gaining exclusivity to such a massive market.
“We appreciate the rigorous research and development that goes into producing quality products like Digislide’s. We have well developed research and manufacturing facilities within India, and we have a full appreciation of the work that has been undertaken by Digislide to design, develop and commercialise these great projection products.”
 
The Licence Agreement is to Market, Sell and Distribute a range of products from the Digislide suite, including Digishow®, miniPRO™ and WeSii™, which are currently in the market, and StingRay®, Sii™ and digiPRO® to be released Q1 and Q2, 2011.

Rich International has an IT Consultancy division, RichSoft, which could be an ideal alliance partner in other areas. We are now in discussion with Mr Chavarcode as to his possible involvement in Digismart Commerce Inc, the Hong Kong based joint venture between Digislide and Allied Animation Technologies Pty Ltd.”
