Little Italy Express Foods Pvt. Ltd, a Mumbai-based chain of restaurants is planning to set-up 10 more outlets in India by 2011. These will be a mix of franchised and company owned outlets, confirms Raj Mehta, CMD, Little Italy Express Foods Pvt. Ltd.

Besides this, the company is also planning to raise private equity funding for its expansion plans by diluting 20 per cent stake. It is looking at investing Rs 50 crore in 2011-12 and is also expecting to take the count of its outlets to 70-75 outlets across India in the next three years.

Presently, the company is operating through 26 outlets in 19 cities of the nation.
