Kolte-Patil Developers unveils ‘Life Republic’ township at Hinjewadi, Pune Kolte-Patil Developers, one of the leading real estate developers in the country has unveiled ‘Life Republic’ an ultramodern township near the IT Hub, Hinjewadi, Pune. The township is being developed under the special township policy of the Government of Maharashtra. The size of apartments at ‘Kolte Patil Life Republic‘ ranges between 600-3000 square feet, whereas the sizes of villas would be in the range of 2500-5000 square feet. Thus, ‘Life Republic’ has a home to suit needs and budgets of everyone with homes in the range of Rs 25 lakh to Rs 5 crore. Besides this, the entire township will have a full-fledged road network to be built to international specifications, which will ensure rapid connectivity with Hinjewadi, Expressway bypass and the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation.
