Nihilent launches MSME customer loyalty tool

NEW DELHI: Nihilent, a pune-based business consulting and solutions integration company, has launched a web-based tool for the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This tool will incorporate the patented Customer Loyalty Evaluation (CLE) methodology and the 14 aspects of customer loyalty. Titled ‘14Signals’ (www.14signals.com), it offers tangible results in the form of Predictive Loyalty Index (PLI), Stimulation Index and Experiential Index.

Mr LC Singh, CEO, Nihilent said, “Within the next few weeks, CLE is further being incorporated into a web-based tool named “14signals” for Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which will be collaborated by Nihilent’s consulting practice.”

Nihilent has collaborated with the Indian Statistical Institute (ISI) for their expertise in delivering detailed and valuable findings using a wide range of statistical analysis methods. The company is also planning to publish loyalty benchmark reports for various industries.
